Communication is terrible. No opportunity to move up. Feels like a money hungry company and all my coworkers feel terrible working especially on the autonomous trucking side.

Poor management, lack of communication

Better communication between staff and employees

Management had terrible communication. They have a superiority complex. One day you are told something then it changes the next day. Things will change without any heads up or warning and you will be expected to know even though they won’t announce or communicate it. You will get treated as a second class employee who is disposable so do not try to go above and beyond. Performance does not get rewarded. Promotions are based on friendships and who is willing to kiss their butt.

Low pay, bad 401K matching, terrible management, poorly run organization that has too many VP's and managers, while there are not enough line level employees. There is no open communication and departments do not work together or help each other. The company does not follow required US labor laws and I was told to lie on official documents. Organization lacks ethics and integrity while they allow specific managers to be a bully and cause retaliation when issues arise. There is very high turnover and much of that is because of management in the US corporate office in Lombard, IL.

Communication: At times, communication between management and employees could be better. Clear and consistent communication channels would help in addressing any concerns or questions effectively. Workload: Paratransit operation can be demanding, especially during peak hours. There were instances when the workload felt overwhelming, requiring operators to manage their time efficiently.

Micromanaging from supervisors Constant, weekly verbal threats of termination to all non-management employees Forced transfer to different locations Hours made work/life balance impossible during work week Lack of communication Belittled by management

Really easy to get fired, not easy to commute too, management communication is very low.

All jobs are based on government contracts. Once a contract has expired, you are expendable. Upper management is clueless on what goes on at the local level and only cares about the bottom line $. Regional Managers who are supposed to be able to train cannot even do their own job or have the simple knowledge on how to handle employee issues. Very little communication. Worked 6 days a week to support multiple locations and still was "Laid Off" due to corporate not being able to see the forest through the trees. Driver pay is based on Union contracts but still low for markets, Administrative and Management pay is way low for the market with no ability to earn incentives. French influence (Corporate) is making it more and more difficult to come to work daily.
