Nice new building plenty of parking

Cons

Bad management, no communication, Absolute no social life, they don’t care about you, seem to make there own laws up, the buses are not fit for the road but engineers always say there just old and tired.

Pros

- Great job if you like speaking to people and enjoy being out and about. - Shift work, some like it some don’t. - Nice routes - Plenty of overtime as they are short staffed

Cons

- Unable to pay wages on time, with many colleagues having the same issues. I’m still waiting for my final wage and I left the company 2 months ago. No support from management or HR. - Buses often break down, with most having warning lights on the dash. Even worse in summer. - VERY low morale within the team with a high turnover of staff. - No exit interview. - Upper management don’t listen to driver feedback, when they come to “speak to us” they spend the time at the depot when all the drivers are in the bus station. - Often late finishing due to the spare drivers having to cover shifts instead of bringing drivers back to the depot after they’ve finished.
