Pros

Benefits are usually really good. The company tends to promote from within with great frequency and has a policy of doing so. Their stance on professional development and education is superb.

Cons

The pay is average. Demands on time; especially shifting and-or grueling schedules and unending one-way communication can be overwhelming. This is an average company when it comes to business practices; while they take great care to obey the law, the corporate management practices leave something to be desired in the areas of ethics and common sense - with particular regard to their clients, and their vested employees. I actually do have eight bosses to report to.

Pros

Reasonable pay and generous benefits. Lots of overtime.

Cons

This is micromanagement at its best! They will find any reason to fire you and in some cases make up a reason. Poor communication among the management and supervisory team. Terrible training. The training is designed to make you fail, hence, making it easy to terminate you. This comment applies specifically to the Chula Vista, CA location, which operates bus routes under contract with the San Diego's Metropolitan Transit Systems......oh, and before I forget.....corrupt organization with the union (Teamsters 683). They have fired 5 supervisors and managers for embezzling funds from the company in the past 3 years. [THIS ONE IS TRUE, YOU WILL HAVE BETTER CHANCES AT A PROMOTION OR JOB SECURITY IF YOU BUY SOME KNEEPADS]

Pros

A group with job's opportunities in other countries/ cities if you are willing to relocated.

Cons

Not enough communication from the top managment of Transdev, people were really worried in the headquartiers about the lack of information of the Top managment's agenda.

Pros

Insurance, stable schedule and 401k

Cons

Lack of communication, management more interested in petty issues like how much time someone is logged online, road supervisors making less than those we supervised, backstabbing is a major issue, putting in long hours and working hard and not getting the recognition deserved. Salary exempt employees are treated as if we were hourly employees, and not being paid while on administrative leave despite federal regulations stating otherwise.
