      Stay faaaaaar away

      Pros

      A job. It used to be fully remote but now they’ve taken that away too.

      Cons

      - management is a mess - months of promising layoffs won’t happen only to blindside the entire company and layoff 300 employees unexpectedly - limits PTO usage despite advocating for flexible paid time off - forcing a mandatory return to office policy despite using flexible work as a hiring perk - management and ceo blames employees and sales team for the company not performing well despite having bought ten companies in two years with no clear plan on how to manage them

      Good people, bad company

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Some teams/individuals have a lot of respect for mental health and work life balance Some very cool people work here Still kind of "startup" like so lots of opportunities to try new roles

      Cons

      Values: The focus is on sales and profit rather than creating a good product. Bugs were left unattended in favour of releasing new products. Salary: On the low end. They did not match my new offer when I got a new job Leadership: there is very a much a "family" mentality here (in a bad way).

      Immature Leadership - Lacking Vision, Nepotism, Changes every minute

      Pros

      Some talented people working here, good benefits and pay

      Cons

      The leadership at this company lacks direction and constantly changes their mind, indicating their inexperience and short-sightedness, this starts from the top. Nepotism is rampant too, as managers who are not favored by executives are let go. The recent shift in focus from supporting small merchants to only catering to larger businesses shows their prioritization of profits over customer and employee satisfaction. Despite claiming to be innovative, their product is subpar and light years behind competitors. If all of this does not suggest a failure in leadership, I don’t know what does.
