      Unrealistic targets, no accountability from senior management. Everyone is micromanaged and managed by fear. Slow strategy compared to competitors, still finding feet in the UK market

      Pros

      - There are couple of teams with really challenging tasks and good tech stack but only few people involve there - Generally could be good place if you wanna just moving tasks from "open" to "close" without knowing and asking the reason

      Cons

      - On the interview they show you only the strongest team but you will probably ended up in a team with a poor vision and a bad tech stack. Just keep it in mind and ask as many qestions on the interview as you can. It'll help you. - The underpaying is big. Especially when stock went down. - When you join you probably won't be able to improve tech debt situation in any way to help your day to day work expirience. There will be the other team and they will decide what is worth to improve and what isn't. And you will only work with this outcome. You will be like an outstaff inside the product company.
