They could do more cross training but otherwise I have no cons about it

Bad work environment, rude bosses, poor employee union.

Hands off training, minimal guidance, expected to learn from coworkers while management demonstrates subpar ability or time to fully train new employees. Micromanagement in the wrong areas, senior management lacks ability to control temper and know when or when not to reprimand associates.

Puts blame on the client always that it's the clients decisions and not TD. Favortism and discrimination highly used. Management are not trained to be actual managers. They are given a title to relay the message of the "law." New policies are created without it actually being a policy in the employee handbook. Also, good luck getting an employee handbook. They don't allow time for additional training that's mandatory continuous education. Threaten is their management style. Rather than any coaching or constructive criticism, it's wait until you make a mistake, let you be the responsible one and tell on yourself, then keep you employed because they need the numbers but on final warning. Keep in mind, that is if you're late a few minutes back from break once as an example.

Had to work weekends and holidays.

The cons are very minimal usually revolving around personalities.

Running late accidents bad attitudes

Not appreciate by transportation managers. Not a team environment, every one is focused on their job. Over worked with long hours and back to back days. Called in on days off to work. Called before shift starts in order to change your shift the day off. Work shift changes ever 5 months with an expectation to work whatever new shift that has been given. 30 minute lunch are not given. Training isn't sufficient once hired you have 20 days to learn 5 different departments, after that you're on your own with an exception to have full knowledge of each department in its entirety. There is no job security, you sign a contract stating you can be let go without cause. There is no work life balance.

Newer drivers need better training. Lack of diversity.
