Good benefits, good pay. Established organization that is diversified in Healthcare, Consumer Electronics, and Lighting.

Cons

Company is run by financial executives that have to cut employees regularly due to not meeting company financial goals. Employees always feel like they could be let go every year.

Their vision is good however they are behind GE.

Cons

Company does not support or backup Managers. Allows upper management to bully managers. Went to HR and HR went to manager and told them who said what, therefore no trust in HR or Upper Management.
