It's a big group with a wide variety of products. Internal evolution is theoretically possible. Pay is fine

Cons

It's an administrative monster with 19th century processes and inefficient organization. Ages away from lean. If you come from automotive escape, it' hopeless

innovative, steady employment for middle mgrs, good strategy

Cons

exco unsettled for last 3 years, far too much exco turnover good guys have left and exco members in are not nearly as competent,, lack of understanding between bg and group teams.
