Innovative multi national company, with a big pipeline of new products. Flexible working conditions with room for development and exploration of new ideas

Cons

Unhealthy environment with continued pressure and unrealistic targets. No loyalty towards employees and very little understanding of what's going on at the front line. Yet management always know better

This would be a very good point to discuss within your branch and with your managers. We do think a good and realistic focus is important, but we also want to aim for a very high goal of course. For the atmosphere, as well as for the effectiveness in which we innovate.
