Cons

There are some people (lifers) who have been at Philips for a long time (10-25 years). When restructures (layoffs) happen, magically the lifers are moved into/given newly created roles. Things are done the Philips "way", so bringing new and innovative ideas is not considered or valued. In some business units, there are no budget monies to support paid programs and initiatives.
