Pros

Easy to get lost in a sea of incompetence if you like to slack off. Each shift is like a 8-hour long break. Technician positions plentiful and secure. Good amount of vacation time offered after being hired. Company matched (plus) 401k works wonderfully. Great job for students due to the joke workload and less-than-challenging repetitive work.

Cons

High degree of nepotism regarding promotions. Over-achievement is despised. Achievement goes unnoticed. Company culture is touted as one thing but exists as something completely different. Pay is low, reviews only come yearly, and raise is a laughable 0.10-0.40. Not even enough to allow for cost of living increases. Near impossible red-tape to navigate to receive University tuition reimbursement. Middle management and lower management are local yokels without proper credentials to fulfill their roles. Skill-sets go unnoticed during hiring process, i.e. they have assemblers working the same role as engineers.

Pros

Good pay benefits and training

Cons

Last workforce reduction 1/15. Layed off which was 95% senior(FSE3) only to rehire FEP entry level replacements in 8 months and not rehiring those laid off.

Pros

Good equipment, excelent customers, engineers a joy to work with and very conscientious. Excellent training school and staff.

Cons

Expected to drive excessive miles and work well above contracted hours, very poor backup with overstreached resources, not enough engineers, far to big an area, no more local prefered sites, total lack of understanding from management, Many engineers near breakdown expected to work 12 hrs + per day with no compensation, after 25 years I have seen the company change for a great place to work to the very worst, its so sad to see your customer base that took years to build up destroyed due to very poor management in a matter of a few years
