Hello there, thank you for your feedback. This definitely is something we value, seeing that you have been with us for a very long time already. Our company is a very large organization that is located in a fast paced market. So we are constantly evolving. That does not necessary mean that you should be afraid of losing your job. We hope to provide everyone within our organization with a stable position, but that being said, we do ask flexibility from our employees as well. And we do offer a lot of opportunities through the Philips University to keep evolving as employee as well. We do hope to keep the great atmosphere within the teams and the talent that they bring to the table as well. We do hope that your prospect for the future could be alleviated a little bit by perhaps talking about it with your managing personnel or perhaps the HR team.

Pros

Good salary, benefits. The products I sold helped improve patient outcomes and lives.

Cons

You may not get to enjoy the good salary and benefits for long unless you are upper, upper management. The middle and lower part of the totem pole are laid off yearly due to a very broken company, regarding product development fails and new product launch fails and FDA recalls. The aforementioned have impacted business negatively and the revenue is down two years in a row. So that means the folks making the mistakes and bad calls in upper management keep their jobs, and the revenue producers and support employees get laid off without thought. The hospitals consider Philips Healthcare very difficult to do business with.

Pros

401k plan is slightly better than industry average. It is literally the only thing I like about Philips

Cons

Everything I think my last post was deleted, so I’ll be gentle A healthcare company that has forced us back to the office on Sept 1 despite desperate pleas from employees. When those with young, unvaccinated children asked about exceptions, they were told to mask up! Terrible managers. Everyone is a micromanager only focused on their own careers. No real leaders growing talent. You will truly regret your decision to leave your company and come to Philips. Trust me Zero opportunities for growth. They just lie to you until you finally realized it's all bs

At Philips, we strive to create an environment that fosters personal and professional growth through flexibility, development, inclusivity, and a hybrid work environment (a combination of in office/virtual at home). We are sorry to hear that your experience has been a negative one. Also, please note that we actively review this platform and welcome honest reviews such as this one, in effort to identify areas for improvement within the organization.
