Pros

Great training. Company car and fuel card. Some good sales competitions and prizes. Some really great people in the team. Salary ok.

Cons

Always under loads of pressure and the bar rises all the time ( even when you are top of most things). You are punished for being successful and having incredible results by unrealistic targets. Worst of all is managers who don't know how to manage. I was overlooked 3 times for a manager role even though I had years of sales management experience. Happy to use me to train new recruits and spend days helping and training people who were struggling in their areas. If you failed to hit target a few times the 'bully'culture kicks in and I've seen many very successful people have a few bad months and then he on the disciplinary road. The bullying is so bad I've known a whole team of about 8 great reps quit within a month if each other because of poor management

Pros

Some great people working at ground level. Company has potential to grow

Cons

Outdated business model, bloated with managers Senior staff unwilling to embrace new ideas , technologies and employee experiences in areas that would highly benefit the company. Bullying is endemic with cases of managers who falsify employee records to cover their inability to follow company procedures. Too much is taken on a personal level & carried through the day/week/months Long term staff outrank any new ideas put forward & collectively hold those that do back. Promotions based on who you know, not how you perform
