Boss,s stuck up themselves Set Unachievable targets Favouritism Go that extra mile for good looking girls rather than any other men that have started at the same time System is used are very dated and does not give an accurate account of telephone calls you’re making You can make sales on somebody else’s agent account as you will receive emails left right centre which will not count as your target so you could be thinking you have reached your target but when calculating and realising that most of the account you are selling to are looked after by somebody else in the business Management being good pals does not help you progress within this business as if one manager does not like you the rest will follow I would highly recommend you have a clear structure of management before you agree to any offer Managers will lie just to cover their back and like I said earlier there or pals and will stick up for each other No training before you start on the job clearly put on your desk the first day you start and expected to do your job Management will make it look like that they’re there to help you but really they just want figures By far one of the worst place I’ve ever worked for

Recruitment department has a track record of bullying people out of the business. Leadership gloriously unaware of serious problem within the department - shut away in opulent corner office for most of the time.

Canteen is reasonably priced and there's a carpark

Cons

Company has diversified to compete in PPE and coffee as they are losing market share globally. Expect insolvency next 24 months due to market conditions and lack of resilience . Staff are low paid and inept. Opportunities for progression don't exist but you'll be advised they do. Middle Management are unprofessional (clicky) and condescending. Higher unjustified targets reduce moral. Management resort to bullying. Work culture has changed.
