Outdated business model, bloated with managers Senior staff unwilling to embrace new ideas , technologies and employee experiences in areas that would highly benefit the company. Bullying is endemic with cases of managers who falsify employee records to cover their inability to follow company procedures. Too much is taken on a personal level & carried through the day/week/months Long term staff outrank any new ideas put forward & collectively hold those that do back.
