      - Competitive benefits package including RSUs and RRSP matching, which is a nice long-term incentive. - Remote-friendly environment, allowing flexibility in where you work. - Strong brand recognition in the POS and hospitality space, which can help with prospect conversations. - Good entry point into SaaS sales for those looking to build outbound sales skills. - Exposure to a high-volume outbound environment that can help develop persistence and sales discipline. - Some teams have supportive colleagues who are willing to share tips and help new reps ramp.

      Cons

      - Commission structure includes decelerators, meaning reps paid below quota attainment when under 80% of target. - Perceived favoritism in lead routing depending on relationships with management. - SDR role requires very high outbound activity, including early morning outreach across multiple channels (calls, SMS, email). - Social culture heavily centered around company parties and alcohol, which may not appeal to everyone. - High volume outreach expectations (calls, SMS, email) can feel repetitive, transactional, and be very metrics-driven, sometimes prioritizing activity numbers over meaningful conversations.

      - Some coworkers -The CEO naturally cares about DEI - I don't think this filters down everywhere but it does show in some places

      Cons

      -Micromanaging. There's not much to do in Support, so I guess they've gotta fill the time in somehow -Culture can be cliquey in multiple teams -If you speak out you might as well leave
