Pros

- Some coworkers -The CEO naturally cares about DEI - I don't think this filters down everywhere but it does show in some places

Cons

-Micromanaging. There's not much to do in Support, so I guess they've gotta fill the time in somehow -Culture can be cliquey in multiple teams -If you speak out you might as well leave

Hi, thanks for taking the time to review. It is good to hear that you had positive interactions with your coworkers and that you felt our CEO’s commitment to DEI was visible in certain areas of the company. We strive to make diversity and inclusion a core part of Lightspeed. However, we are concerned to hear your that speaking out is discouraged - this is certainly not the environment we aim to foster, as we value open communication and individual empowerment across all our teams. We take these comments seriously and will take this feedback on board. If you would like to share more specific details about your experience, please feel free to reach out to our confidential mailbox at people@lightspeedhq.com. We wish you all the best with your future endeavors.

Pros

u get to work from home and that's it

Cons

there are days when it's not busy at all, and then there are days when the only break i get is to pee. management changes the kpis in the middle of the month… like why? management keeps raising the kpis just because we hit a target, like they think we can always do better even when we're already doing our best. the training honestly isn’t that good. there are a lot of difficult retailers, which ends up creating tougher support cases. no culture at all. all that and the incentive is just 1600 if youre a top performer lol
