      -High growth with lots of potential and opportunity. -Results oriented environment. -Excellent leadership: Dax (CEO) is an ideal leader. -Exciting challenges to take on at every level of the company. -Awesome products in the market and in the pipeline. -Design oriented culture produces work we can all be proud of.

      -High growth leads to some chaos. -Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      Small, start-up feel to the company. Great starting pay. Much higher than the local average. Fantastic company culture that is supplemented by wonderful people. Amazing office space. It's a corgi's dream come true. Low-interference management and plenty of opportunity to expand your role in the company. No one here has ever told me that I can't do/pursue something without a solid reason behind it.

      Cons

      Not enough companies like this exist. The management style doesn't fit everyone. Small teams = more delays, slower response times. The flip side of giving people the time they need for themselves is that core members are not always available. It forces newer employees to improvise or adapt to fulfill their role.

      Pros

      -Generous salary by Montreal standards, decent benefits -Company is growing and is in a sound position financially -Some opportunity for advancement within the company -HR consistently makes outstanding entry-level hires in all departments -Excellent facilities -Fun environment in general

      Cons

      -Near-total lack of internal processes and standards--everyone is basically winging it -Has a killer case of silo mentality despite having about 50 employees -Unaccountable, spectacularly dysfunctional development team that makes huge failures a routine -The product itself is poor--you will be asked to apologize for it on a regular basis -The business lives or dies on its marketing, rather than on the product. In spite of the buzz there is a feeling that it could all go up in smoke at any moment
