The business model is very fragile Company have hard time to retain great talents => Huge turnover Burn out employees, who cares right? Creative and intelligent individuals, working together for a great common goal, zero micromanagement, very approachable leadership team, lot's of potential for vertical and upward movement, great benefits, awesome environment..I could go on and on!
