- Some coworkers -The CEO naturally cares about DEI - I don't think this filters down everywhere but it does show in some places

Cons

-Micromanaging. There's not much to do in Support, so I guess they've gotta fill the time in somehow -Culture can be cliquey in multiple teams -If you speak out you might as well leave

Pros

Offers somewhat ok/good salaries and stock options Great team that is motivated to do good work Huge potential to build great products

Cons

The company suffers from fragmented strategies resulting from numerous acquisitions over the years. Teams operate in silos, each with its own processes and priorities, which often leads to duplicated efforts and inconsistent outcomes. Design Leadership lacks empathy and vision; rather than fostering collaboration or encouraging innovative thinking, they tend to dictate direction without considering team feedback. Creativity and open dialogue are rarely valued. Talent Acquisition appears more focused on filling roles quickly than on ensuring long‑term success. Support and transparency are minimal, and employees often feel misled or unsupported throughout the hiring and onboarding process. HR does not have employees’ backs. Instead of addressing issues or holding poor leadership accountable, they tend to side with management, allowing toxic behaviour and mistreatment to continue unchecked.

Benefits are fantastic Caring direct Manager Great in person environment

Cons

Management overbooked with meetings and unavailable Open door policy leads to bullying and gaslighting Ever growing targets with less and less attainability for reps (from 70% attainability to average of 35% in a few years) Removed work life balance policies Constant rolling out of changes that are half ready at a frequency that is dizzying Employee feedback swept away and not actioned Recently cut a full level of leadership limiting support to sales reps Over hiring leaving fewer leads per rep
