      Pros

      Seemed to be a great company to work for, vocal emphasis on diversity Opportunities to manage the trajectory of your own career are real but its all on you to strategise and what you'll put up with to get there. Which is alot and may come at the cost of your physical and mental health.

      Cons

      The rapid growth is seeing a lot to under-qualified leaders in the captain seat who are unable to spot/retain valuable talent. Had been warned throughout the entire process that this company core values and work culture as advertised, was misleading. Despite all warnings I carried on until I saw it first hand. Beware the glowing reviews: these places actually have days where employees are required to input positive reviews to bury the bad ones. Depending on subscription a company can also remove unfavorable reviews! I say: give more weight to the negative reviews in making your decision to work here. Because they are actually most truthful.

      Pros

      Nothing, if you are an alcoholic you might like it. These lot get drunk every second day on company expenses covered booze.

      Cons

      I developed a stomach problem from working at this toxic place. The high school culture and the favouritism along with the incompetence of management is unimaginable. The favouritism specifically is insane. There were people that would ghost and not work for days and still get rewards because they were friends with their line manager. Managers would get whoever they disliked fired based on false accusations and twisting words. To add to that, the salary was super low and there’s 0 career prospect
