VERY clicky people. Three managers in 2 years there. NO assist from management when needed. You are left on your own to sink or swim. MICRO MANAGED so badly 5 people left the team in 12 months. Our team worked many hours a day and night and weekends as our customers were all over the US, Canada and Guam. There was NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. TODD was a full of himself director and does not appreciate the 10 hours or more a day, nights and weekends the team worked to accommodate their client's time zones and schedules.

Low Pay and Poorly Managed Company

- Work-life balance was encouraged - Flexible PTO - Colleagues were wonderful - Office in Montreal is stunning with many amenities

Cons

- Abysmally low salary (I hadn't received an offer that low since 2016) - Intentionally secretive about the bonus/commission structure during hiring process. Dodged my questions multiple times and refused to put it in writing—HR always insisted on phoning me instead. - Extremely unorganized and poorly structured onboarding process - Very little guidance from management
