Pros

Product teams are well resourced on the X-Series product, so there is not a lot of pressure on developers.

Cons

Developer roles are quite specialised and there aren't many opportunities to build new skills.

Pros

Benefits: Comprehensive health and wellness packages, and fitness. Flexible Paid Time Off: Generous vacation policies and personal days to encourage work-life balance. However the downfall is many people are scared to take the time off at times. Culture: Collaborative, and inclusive work environment. The culture is mainly great because of the individuals and not the company itself.

Cons

Frequent Layoffs/Lack of Job Security: Ongoing rounds of layoffs affecting talented employees, creating uncertainty and low morale. Loss of great talent. Leadership Issues: High-level leadership with significant egos, lacking genuine care for employees and failing to foster transparency. Caring only for themselves and how they look. Redundant Work: Overlapping responsibilities across multiple teams, leading to inefficiencies and frustration. Constant Change: Shifting priorities and goals every six months due to unmet targets, causing instability and confusion. Lack of Transparency: Poor communication from leadership, with messaging that feels disingenuous and misaligned with employee realities. Low Morale: Employees feel discouraged and burnt out, with many reaching their limits due to ongoing challenges.
