      Great management team (direct report) Compensation is fair and bonuses attainable

      Cons

      Difficult to project long term future with company (layoffs every 6-9 months for 2 years straight) Some products seemingly being abandoned slowly.

      Stock options but unfortunately it can't compensate for your stress in this company

      Cons

      This company is not friendly for new hires. They will overwhelm and bombard you with too much information and expects you to perform immedietely. Manager has no leadership and out-of-touch. The mentor is inexperience in mentoring. They will encourage you to speak up and whatever you say will be used against you. My mentor will only point out my mistakes and no recognition with my efforts. To the point that it consumes my mental health and self-confidence and now I am in therapy. They don't care if you are stressed and will dismiss it if ever you mention it. This is such an unhealthy workplace so if you are still reading this, please stay away.
