      I couldn't imagine working anywhere else

      Pros

      High energy, inclusive, flexible, reward hard work, fast paced. Not a day has gone by in the last several years where I haven't felt challenged, and appreciated. I work with so many smart, hard working individuals who are passionate and fun. I love that we are always looking to grow, improve, and solve. Mediocrity is not part of the Hubspot language and I love the momentum felt daily working at Hubspot.

      Cons

      Sometimes we take on a lot at once, which can feel stressful at times, but unlimited vacation always makes the busy times worth it, as we can take the time needed to recharge when it makes sense

I love your quote around mediocrity--you're spot on that we are doing our very best to resist the pull toward mediocrity as we grow. I would echo your comments around taking on a lot at once, and am glad to hear that you're using unlimited vacation to recharge when you need it--that's what it's here for! We are working on additional means to infuse flexibility into our employee experience, so expect more from us on that front soon.       Pay is not great The turn over rate is high The internal growth is laughable at best 401k match is sub-par

On internal growth, I would push back a bit on its availability, but we are working really hard on investing in our managers and ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to support all of our front line employees.
