Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow! From the moment your foot is in the door you have the opportunity to meet with higher ups and really figure out what you want to do and what you like! The company is an awesome place to see what a "hot and booming" business looks like.

Cons

Honestly, none. They treat interns like full time employees and really invest in them.

Thank you for being a HubSpot intern! I am always inspired by how many of our leaders and future leaders emerged from our internship program, so I hope your experience as an intern as an employee continue to delight--if you have suggestions on how we can improve, keep them coming, and most importantly, don't be afraid to take full advantage of everything HubSpot has to offer while you're here--to your point, we want interns to feel like a huge part of our company because you are! -Katie

Pros

Non-monetary benefits and perks are great. People are absolutely awesome to work with and hang out with.

Cons

Compensation, Career Path. Wanted to second something another reviewer said about the Services team - everyone seems to say we are highly valued but it doesn't match in terms of compensation or career options, especially when compared to Marketing and Product. Since we're more of a boots-on-the-ground team that doesn't get a lot of exposure to other teams (we're always on the phone with customers), it's hard to feel valued beyond words. Easy advancement was a huge selling in my first year. now that I'm at the spot where it's time to look for a new opportunity, there aren't as many non-management paths as I would have hoped. I'm sure it's still better than a lot of companies out there.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and the context around your experience on services--I know the team just put a ton of effort into increasing transparency around opportunities, so I'm curious as to whether that shapes your opinion on growth opportunities and how we can do better? On the additional opportunities, would welcome input on how we can best facilitate that in a meaningful way--we have the UnStuck program to help solve this pain point, along with content like the product team just produced on how best to connect with and join the product team, but open to any other ideas you have on how we can make this both more visible and more viable for folks. Thanks for all that you do for our customers, our services team is a huge element of our success, so really appreciate all that you do. -Katie

Thanks for helping build our partner program during your time at HubSpot--it remains a huge part of our company and our culture, so thanks for your hand in helping building it. I agree our sales team works incredibly hard to hit their numbers, and really glad to hear that you felt you were well-trained in all things business development focused, our training team is just amazing. -Katie
