Thanks for the review--we love hearing from HubSpot Alumni! Not sure when you were at HubSpot, but we're fortunate to have a really high employee retention rate, which we're really proud of, partially because of some of the things you mentioned (great people plus perks like the sabbatical). On the manager side of things, you're right that we promote a lot of folks to first-time management, and for awhile there our support for first-time managers lagged behind our growth, so we've been investing heavily to impact that and our training team has developed some really strong plays to help address it proactively. I hope if you consider coming back to HubSpot that we've really improved there, but either way, thank you for the feedback--we'll keep working hard to improve on a few of the things we can improve upon! -Katie

Thanks for taking the time to write up a review--I love that you called out the vision and our platform. They are both key reasons I come to work every day, and I'm consistently amazed and impressed by the company's ability to match strategy and execution, so glad you're feeling that every day. Most importantly, I'm sorry to hear about the trail mix travesty--I too have had serious food cravings and had the occasional let-down. What can I say? The struggle is real.
