Pros

DocuSign is an incredible company. I've never been a part of a company where everyone is so genuinely supportive and willing to go out of there way to help others out. The culture and tone is set from the top down -- you truly feel empowered to do the best work of your life here. It's an extremely exciting time for the company as we are expanding our offerings and ability to help customers become more agreeable. Plenty of opportunity for growth, great benefits and compensation packages.

Cons

Honestly, none come to mind. All positive experiences thus far.

Pros

Great career growth opportunities. DocuSign puts a lot of emphasis on training and it shows. 6 months paid maternity/paternity leave

Cons

Salaries are AT LEAST 20% below market value No 401k matching Recruits (what feels like) entirely from frats so the culture is VERY WHITE and VERY BRO-y

Thank you for your feedback. We have made strides in diversity and need to do more. Please join BOLD or other ERGs and serve up ideas. This is an area that Dan says he wants to see progress in this year.

Pros

Company on a rapid rise, real potential to make some money, but is it worth it?

Cons

Unfortunately the core values when it comes to the DocuSign are just words written on a website. Snr Management including HR Leaders are purely looking after each other. I've been subject to deplorable behaviour by a "leader" in the business and snr management have failed to act, despite the clear and overwhelming evidence. Lying, cheating and manipulation seem to be acceptable at DocuSign. This behaviour has effectively destroyed my ability to be successful within this organisation.

What you outline above does not sound like the company I work at. Please speak to Michael Erisman and/or Reggie Davis (our compliance officer) if you believe somebody is "lying, cheating and manipulating". Unethical behavior is not acceptable.
