Pros

On the surface it looks great

Cons

The Organisation is just bad. There are no real processes and it takes a lot of time to change even small things Docusign says they are carrying about the employees but at the end it’s a Fassade. If there is a problem the hr department does not really help. Nobody really cares about employees. Just another US company which talks a lot .
