You are responsible for your own salary and can get a lot out of it here. Very independent working. Opportunities for promotion still exist, but have been made more difficult.
Cons
The way of working has changed a lot in the last few years. The pressure has become enormous, as soon as you don't reach your targets, they put you on PIP. Vacations and sick days are not taken into account, so it's almost impossible to switch off.
