Pros

Nice views in both offices, free drinks, big name recognition for now. Solid industry partners make the career potential to jump ship not too bad.

Cons

High profile employees has been leaving en masse lately, and for good reason. The company broke their word and their contract for my whole team and didn't pay out the agreed upon compensation. What's worse is they tried to hide it. Only after multiple people complained about it did they issue a statement. Complete lack of integrity and honesty from management. Also, it's just a matter of time before e-signature is just another spell check and is offered by other major companies out there as a free feature in a larger suite of products.

Pros

Good benefits, work life balance. Before the pandemic and several rounds of layoffs the company had developers and managers who actually cared about writing good code.

Cons

Management is horrible. Upper level leaders are incompetent and tone deaf when hearing feedback. If you are not in with the right people or know how to play the political game there is little room for advancement. Promotions do not take into account your ability to write code, but on how well you can give presentations and write documentation.
