Pros

The culture and vibe that the workplace services team creates for the employees is top notch! The happy hours, social events, snacks and services makes for a fun and social environment in the office. Keep up the good work!

Cons

The collaboration between teams is still lacking. Also, recognition needs to be widespread to other business units, other than sales and engineering. Sometimes saying "great job" to support teams can go a long way. Work life balance can sometimes be challenging. Resources in my org are lacking, which makes for longer days and sometimes interrupted vacations.

This is a very thoughtful review. Thank you for your time. We will be sure to make sure Joan Burke and Olga Kibler read this review. We love WPS too! Especially when they feed. us. Especially the treat of the month. The skinny almonds were to die for.

Pros

DocuSign continues to be a dynamic and ever changing and ever growing place to work. When I started, we were pre-IPO and there were some concerns that as the dust settled from going public that opportunities would slow down and growth would be more stead. NOT SO! There is so much opportunity on the sales side and I imagine everywhere in the org for growth within your career, and to make moves that might have been harder to do previously. Great culture- team dynamics are great, events are fun and you truly want to be there, Great resources- amazing amount of resources both in terms of training and just the ability to reach out to just about anyone about something and they really want to help

Cons

I think that with many tech companies you need to be able to handle a lot of ambiguity and fast changes but its not hectic and chaotic to the point where things dont work. The company is growing so harder to know everyone but core teams are getting more cohesive and close .

Thank you so much for all of the detail. It's great to hear you like the training resources. The company has invested in this heavily and we are hearing from many employees that they are leveraging the training resources on DocuSign Learning. It is true that we are growing fast, but it's great to hear that the core teams are cohesive and close. That is important
