Pros

I've been here for two weeks so far, and feel very welcomed. I'm impressed by how empowered and empowering people are at DocuSign. As a new employee, I've gotten plenty of direction along with a lot of space for learning through experience and experimentation without fear of looking bad or making mistakes. I am incredibly impressed by Docusign's IT team. They are very efficient and friendly, which made computer set up incredibly easy. Knowing that they are available made onboarding a lot less stressful than my past experiences.

Cons

None so far! Still on the honeymoon.
