Pros

The people are still the best part of DocuSign but the environment is becoming more cutthroat as people feel they have to steal work from peers to survive.

Cons

Lots of pressure, fear of losing job, too many middle managers are making new processes to justify their existence.

-CEO has clear communication and is approachable -Always innovating and adding new technology -Room for promotions come around about once a year -Pay is solid -Quotas are attainable -WFH available 1 day per/wk

Cons

-Team leaders are starting to get a little green

1. Really strong company culture. 2. Amazing coworkers. When you need help with something, there is an "all hands on deck" attitude as opposed to a "not my job" attitude.

Cons

It is very difficult to get any DocuSign swag unless you and 75 of your closest friends want to order the same shirt.
