      Badly run organisation. Avoid unless absolutely necessary

      Some of the coworkers were great to work with

      No pay structure, all the training is purely a box ticking exercise to cover the corporation from a legal perspective if a serious mistake occurred. As it will be the fault of the employee and not the employer All suggestions are ignored and many VPs provided no input whatsoever, yet somehow kept their jobs, whilst other hard working employees were made redundant. The individuals they deem to be important only say “yes” and never add any value.

We do have a global learning and development program complete with classroom/virtual training, manager and leadership development, individual development plans, formal mentorship program, and 1:1 career planning and skill development sessions.       Great place to learn about the industry.

      Cons

      Feast or famine. You are either working or not. Management does not retain contracts well enough to guarantee work. Employee schedules are also uncertain. Shift changes and augmentations occur frequently.
