      Pros

      The company offers a Lot of over time. Which makes the pay pretty good however this is a small pro.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, the worst possible training, favoritism is heavily supported with in the company. They will hire pretty much anyone.

      Good for training and experience, but could work on better pay

      Good training Friendly Environment Family Oriented Decent Pay Looked out during the pandemic Most of the managers are really good. Work Life Balance is Amazing

      Cons

      #1 problem. More accountability for bad hangar managers. This particular manager has been reported numerous times but nothing has been done. They just tell you "Get your experience here than leave." Otherwise, just deal with it. Pay was decent Could have had more workers for certain jobs.
