Free insurance for the employee (expatriates)

Cons

Poor work pool selection from the top to the bottom , poor planning and flight safety issues, substitution of US labor for cheaper third word countries personnel. Poor foresight. Lack of honesty on their self evaluation and reporting, not meeting the standards for the deliverables, Chaos.

Some cool people to work with.

Cons

Very immature IT dept. Pays below market rates. Expect to do a lot on your own, you won't get much help since they don't want to pay people what they are worth.
