I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Amsterdam) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied for an internship at Philips but felt unengaged during the generic initial interview. The second interview with the hiring manager was unprepared, ended abruptly, and left me without any feedback. A generic rejection email was received weeks later.
The online part is interesting, but I felt pressured due to the time limit. I imagine that it is to be similar to a face-to-face interview, but due to being recorded adds pressure.

Describe your individual work and academic background
It was very relaxed and honestly enjoyable! Everyone is very personable. It was just two interviews total. The first was with the person who would “be in charge” of me. The second was with the team I’d be working with.
