I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Tempe, AZ) in Jul 2017
Interview
1st there is a phone interview with the recruiter about salary expectations, why you are leaving, what you expect and other generic questions. 2nd interview was with 3 managers asking multiple raid fire questions about prior position and specifics about the industry. 3rd interview was with VP if the department again more general questions, why are you a good fit, etc
The interview consisted of meeting with multiple hiring managers at separate times, back to back, totaling to around a two hour interview. The process felt long and questions were similar from each person. Wasn't so much of getting to know who they were interviewing, but intimidating the person who applied for the role.

Question 1
Describe an experience that yielded a negative result and how did you overcome it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Sep 2017
Interview
The hiring process was very clear and concise. I had about 3 interviews total, the first initial interview over the phone with the recruiter, then the first face-to-face with the hiring manager, and last but not least with the director of the Implementation Department. They were all very relaxed interviews as far as the face-to-face ones, they were more conversational. The phone interview with the recruiter is more situational which was expected so that they can gain as much info as possible for the hiring managers to make a good decision. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone interview was situational questions, experience questions, and selling yourself.
Other questions in the face-to-face were more conversational like Tell me about yourself, Top 3 skills you have, what would your old boss or co-workers say about you? If you could be anything in the world, what would you be? How can I tell you're having a bad day? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you enjoy doing in your free time? and of course know the basic interview questions, but be creative with your responses and be ready to think outside the box.
