ADP Implementation Specialist II interview questions

The process was very smooth. I was scheduled for a brief phone interview two days after applying online; the questions were behavioral in nature and lasted about 20min. I was then was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a face to face interview with the team via email. The face to face was with the hiring manager and recruiter for about an hour, then I met the director and he interviewed me for about an hour. The interview was more conversational in tone, however, the team really knew what they were looking for in a candidate and geared their questions as such. The F2F interview lasted about 2 hours. I was contacted in 4 days with a offer for a better position than what I initially applied for! The communication from start to finish was perfect, and the the entire team that I met from HR to management was professional and courteous. The entire process from interview to offer to negotiation to acceptance took about 3 weeks. I was informed the background check can be quite lengthy, 2-5 weeks!
