I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Alpharetta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Drawn out. Communication was horrible. The background check was ridiculous. They pushed back the start date a day before the start. Most new hires had the same experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADP (El Paso, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online. I received an online assessment immediately, which was fairly easy, just asked simple logical questions. I then received an email to schedule my phone interview, which all happened within two days. The phone interview can last anywhere up to 30 min, and at first it's just basic questions regarding your resume, why you'd be a good fit for the job, and what relevant experience you have. The recruiter was very nice. Afterwards she said she'll forward my information to the hiring manager and it may take up to 2 weeks to hear from them regarding a second interview.

Question 1
If I were to call your current boss, what would he say about you?
How do you stay organized?
Why would you be a good fit for the job?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP (La Palma, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The process takes forever. I applied in January of 2015 but didn't get any contact until mid-March. And of course, ADP uses a third party recruiting company so I had a phone interview with a woman who was 10 minutes late to call me for a 30 minute scheduled call. 2 weeks later I get an email saying they want to do an onsite interview. After interviewing with 2 managers so they could save time on whether they wanted to hire me, they told me they I would be informed within a week of my status. Even they seemed exasperated by the hiring process because they needed people to work but it takes so long for the company to find and interview people. That was early April. Thanks to ADP's ingenious third-party solution there is no contact information to follow up with. I finally got a reply late-May saying they CANCELLED the position. What a waste of time for everyone involved.
