ADP Implementation Specialist II interview questions

The interview process was easy. My initial interview was a with a recruiter. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. The initial process was to identify of you had skills to match the job requirements. I was moved forward in the process to interview with a hiring manager. This interview was a 60 minute phone interview.
