Global Savings Group is a nice company to work for. It is very international, dynamic and is a good place to learn and develop yourself. Colleagues are very diverse and friendly Managers are supportive and approachable. There is room to grow internally and the company fosters your opinion The company also cares about internal social activities such as team-building, parties, out of office events and Friday drinks. Hands-on driven mentality.

Cons

The company is in a scale-up stage. Therefore, no clear and structured processes No variable remuneration and low entry salaries.

- Good job atmosphere where to grow and improve your skills. - Opportunity to grow internally in a stimulating market. - Madrid Hub is one of the most stable hubs of the company with long-time employees.

Cons

- If you want visibility you need to be proactive. - Also along 4 years I've grown 5 kg - too many birthday celebrations :)

Very result-focused which may not be for everyone. With the big focus on developing people there's obviously a focus to ensure that they do a good job as well.
