At the same time they emphasise good quality in taking care of customers which is hard to combine with short time. - Control. Every thing you do must be registered. Even your toilet breaks. No flexibility. - Be prepared to talk to very rude and unhappy costumer, which is understandable (view point 2). Many are unable to solve cases in short times and would therefore send hasty answers which make costumers unhappy. - Low salary. Considering all the points above, the salary doesn't measure up.

Authoritative mgmt and salaries that are notoriously so below-average (even for Berlin) that they're borderline exploitive. Lack of real diversity once you get to upper mgmt/executive level...at that point, it's less women and the usual white male profile.
