Pros

Very relaxed management, No surprises, 6 week-40 hours per week-paid training.

Cons

Relatively low compensation. Job itself is boring. 8 hours a day sitting down. New drivers often work nights and split shifts.

Pros

Manager of the Department is good very nice to her peers

Cons

the training is awful you have three weeks of side by side training. During the training you are yelled at if you are a mature age you are constantly reminded of your age which is discrimination this company works with the people whom have disabilities after they set reservation they talk about the clients.

Pros

Most of the workers outside of management positions were great. Paycheck was OK, not great. Flexible schedule. Decent on the job training.

Cons

Very stressful working environment with a reactive approach to problem solving. Not too many original ideas there.

Pros

In Orlando For UCF off on Weekend's Co worker's are for the most part very good that's because they all got a very large problem read about it in cons.

Cons

Everyone works for wages, weather good wages or bad we expected to be compensated for our work and time given on the clock. Here at Transdev Orlando company has been shorting, stealing hours you work. YOU work 80 hrs every two weeks company local boss Chanta has been docking 25 to 35 workers hours ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week in doing so many drivers quit soon as that's done that's why driver turnover here is very high ther is a new class training every other Monday because of this theft of pay hours. OUR FAMOUSE TV commercial lawyer's Morgan and Morgan won't touch this type of crime because Florida is a right to work State which means you have the right to be robbed of your wages legally without say so.
