They offer snacks for all employees. It’s easy and mindless work. Coworkers are some of the nicest and coolest people. Pay is decent but definitely could be better. A great field to start in.
Cons
Management is terrible and benefits are awful. Schedule changes like every 3 months with no regard to life outside of work. Pay is below competitors in the area and when asked about pay raises, we were basically told we weren’t getting them. No transparency between client/management and production employees.

Good base pay for the area you live in, plus differentials for working early AM/late PM. Full time work.
Cons
If they want to get rid of you, THEY WILL. People fired just for being 2 min late or having a non-fault accident.
