the training is awful you have three weeks of side by side training. During the training you are yelled at if you are a mature age you are constantly reminded of your age which is discrimination this company works with the people whom have disabilities after they set reservation they talk about the clients.

They have fired 5 supervisors and managers for embezzling funds from the company in the past 3 years. Main objective was to stay in good grace with the overseers of the contract. If they did not make a stink all was well. Managers were not focused in the day to day operations. Managers were being manipulated. Supervisors were not allowed to participate in decisions of operation, or brain storming of problems..
