It can get tiring dealing with the mundaness of it

6 day work week mandatory (for over 2 years and counting). Management constantly changing. Management unaware of how services operate. Missed meal breaks due to lack of drivers. Very high turnover rate. Management trying to implement unnecessary splits. Management frequently alters work schedule. Operations manager hostile.

Manager will make life difficult if she doesnt like you. You will assigned the worst runs and drive beat up buses. Always report defects so that manager doesnt point the finger to you.

Lack of communication between departments Parking

Terrible on boarding process. Company undergoing major reorg so absolute lack of clarity. Managers don't seem to care.

Rude, racists, disrespectful, dishonest, fake, people that work in the Gilbert office. Manager are the worst at being racist and dishonest

Split shifts will run you ragged. You start work around 4-5am and return 9am, then you start again around 1pm and finish at 7-8pm. You might get around 4-5 hours of sleep every work night, then they expect you to make-up the rest of the sleep between your split shifts. This is why bus drivers fall asleep and crash. A small mistake on this job can result in multiple counts of involuntary manslaughter. You deal with people of all walks of life; believe it or not, the rich and entitled are the worst. Bathroom breaks are far between; sometimes not at all.

Bad leadership team, full of bureaucracy, no career development or trajectory

Working in transport can sometimes be stressful, shift work required for most operational positions.
