Low pay, bad 401K matching, terrible management, poorly run organization that has too many VP's and managers, while there are not enough line level employees. There is no open communication and departments do not work together or help each other. The company does not follow required US labor laws and I was told to lie on official documents. Organization lacks ethics and integrity while they allow specific managers to be a bully and cause retaliation when issues arise. There is very high turnover and much of that is because of management in the US corporate office in Lombard, IL.

Puts blame on the client always that it's the clients decisions and not TD. Favortism and discrimination highly used. Management are not trained to be actual managers. They are given a title to relay the message of the "law." New policies are created without it actually being a policy in the employee handbook. Also, good luck getting an employee handbook. They don't allow time for additional training that's mandatory continuous education. Threaten is their management style. Rather than any coaching or constructive criticism, it's wait until you make a mistake, let you be the responsible one and tell on yourself, then keep you employed because they need the numbers but on final warning. Keep in mind, that is if you're late a few minutes back from break once as an example.

A bit bureaucratic so take a long time to make the changes sometimes. One upper manager in particular is difficult to work with

No Bennefits. Health was a joke same cost as if you had 7 kids as it was to insure one. There work mentality was unbalanced from home life and if you were in a wreck as soon as their doctors said you can move your head they had you back out in a vehicle brace and all no remorse. Leadership is not management and they always felt they were more entitled then you even though all they did was relay important information from Waymo. There was no Managers and no leadership.

All jobs are based on government contracts. Once a contract has expired, you are expendable. Upper management is clueless on what goes on at the local level and only cares about the bottom line $. Regional Managers who are supposed to be able to train cannot even do their own job or have the simple knowledge on how to handle employee issues. Very little communication. Worked 6 days a week to support multiple locations and still was "Laid Off" due to corporate not being able to see the forest through the trees. Driver pay is based on Union contracts but still low for markets, Administrative and Management pay is way low for the market with no ability to earn incentives. French influence (Corporate) is making it more and more difficult to come to work daily.

You have to apply yourself. And show up every day no hit and miss.
