Terrible management. Lots of favoritism and discrimination, singling out people. It's not what you know but who you know culture.

PTO after top pay . OT on holidays.

Cons

The runs every day weren't the same starting and ending time. Different route every day. Good luck having weekends off without having a 5 hour split shift. Or working after midnight when all the drunk people are out. There's always a day where a passenger will give you problems. High stress the first few years until you develop numbness to angry people. I was a very outgoing person who loved to interact with just about anyone. After 15 years, started at 25, I absolutely 💯 percent don't want to deal with anyone ever again.
